Accounting Clerk

About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous Accounting Clerk to support our finance department with daily bookkeeping, financial record management, and accounts processing. This role is essential in keeping our financial operations running smoothly.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and financial reports
• Maintain organized financial records and filing systems
• Support senior accountants with audits and financial analysis

What We're Looking For

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1–2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
• Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles (GAAP)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
