About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Accounting Executive to oversee our financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide executive-level financial insights. This is a senior role for a driven professional ready to make a meaningful impact.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the company's accounting operations and financial reporting
- Develop and enforce internal accounting policies and controls
- Lead the preparation of financial statements, audits, and tax filings
- Collaborate with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Mentor and develop junior accounting staff
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA designation required
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience including leadership roles
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and communication skills
Recruitment Process
Our hiring process is fully remote. Initial interviews are conducted via microsoft Teams (Chat & Audio). Selected candidates will then take part in a one week online training program delivered through video sessions.
