About the Role

We are hiring a reliable Bookkeeper to manage our company's day-to-day financial records. You will ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time, providing a foundation for our reporting and compliance processes.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

  • Record daily financial transactions and complete the posting process
  • Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
  • Balance general ledger by preparing trial balances and reconciling entries
  • Maintain historical records by filing documents accurately
  • Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
  • Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Proven bookkeeping experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping and payable/receivable principles
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software
  • Data entry skills with strong attention to accuracy
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Recruitment Process

Our hiring process is fully remote. Initial interviews are conducted via microsoft Teams (Chat & Audio). Selected candidates will then take part in a one week online training program delivered through video sessions.
We use Teams chat as our primary communication channel to ensure flexibility and efficient information sharing.
