About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our operations team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, inputting data into our systems, and ensuring data integrity across all platforms.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data across various internal systems and databases
- Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Identify and correct data discrepancies and errors
- Generate reports and summaries from entered data as required
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet data entry deadlines
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 50 WPM)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Recruitment Process
Our hiring process is fully remote. Initial interviews are conducted via microsoft Teams (Chat & Audio). Selected candidates will then take part in a one week online training program delivered through video sessions.
We use Teams chat as our primary communication channel to ensure flexibility and efficient information sharing.
