About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Development Manager to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives from conception to delivery. You will oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes aligned with business goals.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Lead and coordinate project teams across multiple departments
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks and mitigation strategies
- Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to senior leadership
- Evaluate project performance using appropriate metrics and tools
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of project management experience in a corporate environment
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Jira, MS Project)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Recruitment Process
Our hiring process is fully remote. Initial interviews are conducted via microsoft Teams (Chat & Audio). Selected candidates will then take part in a one week online training program delivered through video sessions.
