About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist Clerk to serve as the welcoming face of our office. You will manage front desk operations, handle communications, and provide administrative support to ensure a seamless office environment.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Manage appointment scheduling and conference room bookings
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
  • Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, copying, and data entry

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and phone systems
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Recruitment Process

Our hiring process is fully remote. Initial interviews are conducted via microsoft Teams (Chat & Audio). Selected candidates will then take part in a one week online training program delivered through video sessions.
We use Teams chat as our primary communication channel to ensure flexibility and efficient information sharing.
